Exquisite Flavours! This is an amazing dish, a total treat. The blend of turkey with the fruit and seasonings is Delicious, then you taste the sauce with the pomegranate seeds and Wow! I can’t say enough, this was just so good. I highly recommend this dish. In terms of spicyness, I can’t eat peppers so I only ate the filling, but I could taste some heat. The pepper is de-seeded but still hot.

Sent this to a friend recovering from an illness. She loved it (not too sweet, a good thing). AND her husband , who usually never eats anything but his own cooking, loved it too! Planning to try it myself, soon.

Delicious mole’! It is pretty spicy so if you like spicy food, do try this. Usually mole’ is served over chicken .
I’ve never had it on sweet potatoes. What a great idea! Delicious.

I tasted this at the Sandy Springs Farmers Market. It was prepared by Chef Alejandra PL Peek, and I got to meet her!! Both she and the dish were delightful!! I then ordered it for a friend recovering from an illness. She reported how good, spicy, and different it was; she even declared me a wonderful friend, for having sent it. Happiness all around!
