Chiles en Nogada is a special, traditional Mexican dish with an delightful pairing of flavours. Chef Ale stuffs fresh poblano peppers with a mixture of ground turkey, peaches and apples, covers them in a light bechamel walnut sauce. Pomegranate seeds add a beautiful and tasty garnish. Served with brown rice.

    Exquisite Flavours! This is an amazing dish, a total treat. The blend of turkey with the fruit and seasonings is Delicious, then you taste the sauce with the pomegranate seeds and Wow! I can’t say enough, this was just so good. I highly recommend this dish. In terms of spicyness, I can’t eat peppers so I only ate the filling, but I could taste some heat. The pepper is de-seeded but still hot.
